Bolero LT unit with peripherals (battery backup, motion sensor, sim card) - £215.00 for the hardware, followed by £8.99 communications and data hosting charge per month, payable monthly in advance by direct debit.

Rental package:-

Bolero LT unit with peripherals (battery backup, motion sensor, sim card) - £18.99 per month, no additional data charges apply. Payable quarterly in advance by direct debit.





Combination package:-

The combination package offers a solution to those who wish to own their tracking hardware, but do not want the large initial outlay.

Bolero LT unit with peripherals (battery backup, motion sensor, sim card) - £23.99 per month, no additional data charges apply. Payable quarterly in advance by direct debit. After 24 months, the user officially owns the unit and the monthly payments are reduced to the standard charge of £8.99 for communications and data hosting, payable monthly in advance by direct debit.

Installation:-

The installation process for the Bolero unit is a simple 3 wire connection. In most instances, customers complete this themselves. Where installation is required, in commercial vehicles (HGVs, Vans, plant vehicles ETC) our standard charge of £50 per unit is applicable within a 40 mile radius of Birmingham B1. Beyond this, we will quote on a per request basis.

The Premier Tracking solution provides the same benefits regardless of payment options:-
  • Optimised allocation of personnel / assets to customers in real time - resulting in efficiency savings in mileage and labour hours.
  • Tracking driver habits (speeding, harsh braking / acceleration events) allows our customers to correct dangerous or inefficient driving, while rewarding safer, more efficient drivers. These measures may result in less accidents (leading to lower insurance premiums and less downtime), as well as significant increases in vehicle's MPG. Some customers have reported MPG increases of a consistent 10% - 15%, with fuel prices high and rising, fuel savings alone can easily run into hundreds of pounds over the course of a year.
  • Driver idle time is neatly highlighted on route maps, monitoring and correcting excessive idle time allows our customers to provide their customers with a cheaper, more streamlined business experience.
  • Administrative staff are easily able to track drivers in the field, reducing time spent on the phone, allowing greater focus on other business areas.
  • Simple and robust driver to vehicle assignments allow reports to be generated showing each driver's working day length, total hours spent driving, time at each site, day mileage etc. Compliance with the Working Time Directive and Duty of Care requirements is made easier and less of an administrative burden. Monthly vehicle mileage and staff mileage reports are generated at the touch of a button.
While some of our competitors regularly refer to arbitrary savings of £1000 or even £2000 per vehicle per year, it is our belief that the average customer will be likely to see savings of between £300 and £800 per vehicle per year - depending on total mileage and the industry the customer operates in.
